【 2021年 新型コロナウィルス感染予防対策に関するお知らせとお願い 】

〇 感染症予防の取組み

 

・館内の混雑を避けるため、入館制限をさせていただきます（館内最大30名まで）。

・美術館スタッフは、毎日検温と健康チェックをし、マスク・フェイスシールドを着用いたします。

・通常ご提供しておりますドリンクのサービスは当面の間中止し、クッキーのみお持ち帰りいただく対応とさせていただきます。

・団体（20名以上）でのご来館は当面の間お断りさせていただきます。

・館内の清掃、消毒、換気をこまめに行っております。

 

 

〇 来館される皆様へのお願い

 

・発熱、咳等の風邪症状があるお客様、体調が優れないお客様は、恐れ入りますがご来館をお控えください。

・入館時に受付にて検温及び手指の消毒をお願いいたします。体温が37.5℃以上の場合、ご入館をお断りさせていただきます。

・受付にて代表者様のお名前とご連絡先をお伺いいたします。

・マスクの着用をお願いいたします。お持ちでない方には受付にて販売させていただきます。

・他のお客様と十分な距離を保ってご観覧ください。

・館内での会話は極力お控えください。

・作品等にはお手を触れないでください。

・館内で体調を崩された場合は、お近くのスタッフまでお申し出ください。

【 NEW CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)： OUR MEASURES AND REQUESTS TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INFECTION 】

 

〇  Our Measures to Reduce the Risk of Infection

・To avoid overcrowding we will limit the number of visitors in our museum to a maximum of 30 people at any one time.

・Our staff will conduct a daily checking of their body temperature and health condition and wear face shields as well as face masks.

・Our usual complimentary drink service will be suspended until further notice, but the visitors are welcome to take out cookies.

・A group of 20 or more people will not be admitted until further notice.

・We carry out frequent cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of our premise.

 

〇  Asking for Your Support

・Please do not visit our museum if you have a temperature, coughs and other cold-like symptoms or if you are feeling unwell.

・On your arrival please undergo a temperature check and hand disinfection at reception. We cannot allow you to enter the museum if you have a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher.

・You need to leave your name and contact address/number (or those of a representative person from your group) at reception.

・Please wear a face mask.  If you do not have one, you can purchase them at reception.

・Please keep sufficient distance from other visitors while viewing.

・Please keep your conversation to a minimum inside the museum.

・Please do not touch the exhibits and other items.

・If you start feeling unwell while visiting our museum, please immediately contact a nearby member of staff.
